Are there water pipe bars in the US? If so, it'll be a nice way to try it if you haven't already, I can guarantee you that you'll love it

No! The US Government is not pipeweed friendly. But the people are , and I once had the privilege of smoking with someone who owned one. Come to think of it, it might have been the time my friend introduced me to Robert Anton Wilson. :?

It's impossible to (legally) buy water pipe tobacco in Norway too, so I don't use the hookah very often, as the tobacco is so hard to come by. And the only reason why it is illegal is that it doesn't have that "smoking kills you and everyone around you" warning on the packages. I get so frustrated with this country sometimes I'm curious though, who is this Robert Anton Wilson?

I was talking about the OTHER Pipeweed. Tobacco of all varieties is perfectly legal here.

Aha, I suspected you might, but since you said water pipes at bars were illegal (or did I misinterpret you?) I thought that shisha was illegal too. "Pipeweed" is also illegal in Norway, but somehow a lot easier to come by than shisha  Wikipedia, so useful yet I always forget it's there Seems like an interesting man! According to the Norwegian wikipedia site, he was also a conspiracy theorist. If that is true, I can imagine the two of you had a lot to talk about
